Mocha Truffle Cookies

Very good cookies! I put an extra tsp. of coffee in, as I love coffee. I got lots of good comments on them. These are a very 'cakey' cookie - maybe next time I will cut down on the flour a bit to see what happens. Will definately make again!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

SERIOUSLY UNBELIEVABLE! We doubled all coffee and coffee liquor, and also made 2 coffee layers of cake. This was without a doubt the best dessert I have ever had. Another reviewer used the word 'mouthgasm' - I wholeheartedly agree!!!

Grilled Peanut Chicken

I am only giving this 3 stars because, though this was VERY yummy, the measurements are way off. We definately doubled/tripled the sauce to put over pasta, and put more soy sauce, water, and some brown sugar in the sauce. The brown sugar is what made the biggest difference and made this delicious!

These were pretty good. I marinated in apple juice (no cider to be found), so maybe that is where it went wrong for me. Still good, but not out of this world.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

We marinated whole chicken breasts in this for 24 hrs., then just grilled the breasts for a picnic. They were amazing! Had lots of compliments on it.

Acini di Pepe Salad

Absolutely delicous!!! Took this to a picnic, and someone else had brought the same thing except with elbow macaroni. Hers was passed up by many, but mine was nearly gone! It may seem like an odd combination, but it is YUMMY! Will definately make again.

Blueberry Cherry Pie

This was absolutely wonderful! I used 2 cups of fresh-picked sweet cherries, and 2 cups of blueberry, and it was delicious. I did cut the cinnamon to about 1 tsp, as per other reviewers. Definately a keeper!
