So glad I found this recipe. Had no idea what to do with this roast and my husband and I werent in the mood for pot roast. 2.75 lb roast cooked for 20 minutes, turned oven off for 1 hour...it was done. Any longer it wouldnt have been as good. I think the cooking method all depends on your oven. We used the left overs for philly sandwiches.
