Slow Cooker Tamale Pie

Pretty good! I followed the recipe exactly. Next time will add some things to make it spicer. I agree that it taste like chili. The cornbread sucked up all the liquid so it didnt make good leftovers.

Made this for a work potluck today and it was just ok. Strange flavor. Probably wont make again. No one raved over it and I followed directions exactly. Seems like a lot of other people on this site liked it though.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

One of the best recipes on this site. My husband said it was better than his moms meatloaf which is a HUGE compliment. I used cheese-its instead of Ritz but other than that I stuck to the recipe. Thank you for posting this meatloaf!

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

So glad I found this recipe. Had no idea what to do with this roast and my husband and I werent in the mood for pot roast. 2.75 lb roast cooked for 20 minutes, turned oven off for 1 hour...it was done. Any longer it wouldnt have been as good. I think the cooking method all depends on your oven. We used the left overs for philly sandwiches.

Yummmmmmy!!! The blue cheese sauce was delicious! I made with 1/2 cup of lowfat milk to save the calories and just simmered it longer, it did thicken.

My husband made these for us last night and used 1lb ground beef and 1/2 packet of french onion mix and velveeta instead of shredded cheese. They turned out fantastic!!! We live about 2 miles from White Castles so I was skeptical, its close but not quite the same.

Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes

This was surprisingly very good. I was skeptical at first. I had a package of mozarella and artichoke gourmet sausages I had to use and found this recipe. Although it doesnt need the oil (came out a bit greasy) it was very good. Seasoned with seasoning salt and paprika. Delicious!
