Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup
this was easy and good. I had to use chix boullion because i had no broth, and I added some velveta to the final product, but the recipe itself is a keeper. I'll be using it again...Thanks.

Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes
I thought these were amazingly similar to crab cakes. I would like to try adding capers as I love them in my crab cakes. Great recipe!

Ribbon Salad
I used red and blue jello for this salad to make a red, white and blue salad on the Fourth of July. Everyone loved it. Tasty and festive. Thanks.
