Mother of 2, I am employed full time as a bank manager. I love music, especially celtic music. I have a passion for all things SCOTTISH, and love to read. I'm just learning... I'd much rather eat than cook. I like to bake much more than cook. I am being adventurous lately though and trying new recipes. This website has been a big help. Making comfort food, such as beef stew, biscuits and apple pie for dessert on a crispy fall evening. My lasagna is pretty good... haven't had a real triumph yet!
