About this Cook
I love to cook but I'm only cooking for myself and my boyfriend. I love to experiment with different recipes. I try to have something different every night of the week.
My favorite things to cook
Depends on my mood. I do enjoy cooking for friends and family.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking cookies together at Christmas.
My cooking triumphs
Anything new I try that is accepted by my boyfriend to add to the dinner rotation.
My cooking tragedies
The first time I cooked stuffed cabbage. One of our friends suggested layering some cabbage at the bottom of the pot. If burnt fast, ruined the dinner and the pot!

Stuffed Shells I
Very good - I did add some sausage to the mixture and made a basic homemade sauce. The filling was a little salty but I think that was the cheese that I used. Thanks for the recipe

Baked Maryland Lump Crab Cakes
4 stars, not because it wasn't great - it was - five stars is for perfect - A little too salty - I'd cut back on the Old Bay a tad and maybe the mustard. I loved that it was oven baked . Thanks for the recipe I'd make it again small changes!
