Italian Chicken and Rice
This is an amazing recipe. I sorta adlibed a little bit. I added chopped spinach to the rice. Substituted Italian dressing for evaporated milk. At the very end I put marianra sauce on the chicken then added slices of provolone.

American Lasagna
OH MY GOD This meal was just the best. I wouls recomend this dish to any one!!!!!!!!

Baked Ziti II
It is very good, but it isn't quite cheesy enough. You could use way more riccota in it.
