Quick Quiche

This was a really good, easy quiche. I was able to have it for breakfast several days in a row. It was light and fluffy! Thanks for the recipe myrite! I will definitely be making this again.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Easy Granola Bars

These were really good and easy to make. I made the in a jelly roll pan per other reviewers suggestion. I had forgetten the coconut, but it was fine without it. Thanks for the great recipe.

EXCELLENT pie!! It is almost like one that I got at a restaurant in McKinney, Texas. I made it at Thanksgiving. I don't know who ate more of it--my brother or our exchange student from Brazil! I plan on making mini ones to sell at a Bake Sale! Thanks for the recipe!

Chocolate Covered Peppermint Patties

These were really good! My husband said "it was the best peppermint patty he's ever had!" I took a few dozen to work (my guinnea pigs!)and I had several "MMMM's". I thought my arm was going to fall off from mixing though! Thanks for the recipe.

Taco Lasagna

This was a big hit! I halved the recipe because I'm on a diet so I couldn't eat it and there are only two others in my house (I did cheat a litte-it was tasty!). My husband really liked it as well as our exchange student from Brazil. I used the mild salsa because they both can't handle really spicy food. I will definitely make this again. I think this would go great at the office potluck too! Thanks for the recipe!

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

Very easy to make and it turned out great. I even did it on my lunch hour when I went home! After reading the reviews, I waited to add the peanuts in with the butter and vanilla. A lot of reviews said the peanuts tasted a little scorched. I had a glass bowl with a handle to it was easy to lift and pour.

Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

I made this recipe for a work function and it was a huge hit! I just used 1 lb. of shrimp but kept the other ingredients the same. I comes very close to the Shrimp Cocktail that is served at a local Mexican Seafood restaurant. I will definitely make this again! Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Chile Verde

Brought this to a work birthday party and it went quick! I thought it had a great taste. I used Nacho sliced jalapenos in place of the canned and the heat was just perfect. I will definitely make it again. Thanks!
