Remarkable Fudge
Very tasty, but turned out just a little soft. I think that was more due to this cook's lack of experience with fudge-making more than anything! ;)

Spinach and Tortellini Salad
Even better if served hot. I also used shredded Parmesan and fresh spinach instead.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
Turned out really good and I got loads of compliments on it. I added a little bit of vanilla extract to bring out the flavor and paired the dip with cinnamon graham crackers as suggested. Tasty!
