Honey Limeade
I ended up nixing the honey altogether and mixed 2/3 lime juice with 1/3 lemon. Turned out great!

Crispy Fish Fillets
Very good! Husband said it tasted "eggy" but I thought they were great :)

Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes
Very, very good. I added a little bit of cinnamon and nutmeg and they were delicious! I threw everything into the blender (first the oatmeal to grind it) and mixed it that way.
