Thanks for this great recipe! My dog is so finicky that in the 7 years I've had her I could not find any store-bought dog biscuits that she would eat. I decided to try making my own and she LOVES them! It makes me feel so happy to finally have a healthy treat for her!

I came home from church one Sunday and wanted a quick and easy something for brunch. I tried this recipe and couldn't have been more pleased. The only disappointment was when I was too full to eat any more. EXCELLENT AS IS, but easy enough to customize for personal tastes. I know I will be making this regularly.

This was a wonderful way to use more zucchini from the garden. I invited several people over for an impromptu dinner and they all raved about it. The others asked for copies of the recipe and I know we will be making it again soon. We ate it as a main dish just the way it was and served it with sliced tomatoes and a pistachio pudding salad to calm down the spicy aftertaste.
