Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
I made this for Thanksgiving. I didn't try it myself but everyone seemed to like it and a few loved it. I made a graham cracker crust myself since all the ones at the grocery store were broken.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
I used 1 cup peanut butter, 2 cups brown sugar, and 3 cups powdered sugar (which I sifted) as others have suggested. I set the timer for two minutes after it came to a good boil, as opposed to setting the timer as soon as I saw a few bubbles. The fudge set up perfectly, had a good texture, and tasted pretty good. I'm not a fan of peanut butter fudge that has a strong brown sugar taste as this one does, so I'll be going back to the recipe for Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge on this site, which I prefer.

Garlic Spaghetti I
I thought the pasta was too oily and didn't have much flavor. Won't be making it again.
