Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
Restaurant Style indeed!!! Made this twice over Christmas Eve and the following day and both times gone in 60 seconds. Will definitely keep this recipe.

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce
Delicious! Quick and easy, too. Since I'm afraid this would be too heavy/creamy for my taste, I scaled down on the cream cheese (used only half of what the recipe called for), added white wine, sun dried tomatoes and a pinch of kosher salt. Perfecto! Will make this again.

Amazing Mussels
