Cheesy Macaroni and Beef Casserole with Thyme
My family all liked this (incl. 1 picky eater!). I did double the beef & added an extra splash of milk. After reading other reviews, I'll probably halve the flour next time. Will make again - thanks!

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I
Delicious! Wine adds a good kick and the cheese on top is a nice little crunch. Will be making this again!

Smoked Sausage-Potato Hash
My whole family loved this! In fact, next time I'll double it as it wasn't quite enough as a main dish for 4 people. Delicious!
