Coffee Chip Drops
These are really good cookies, but they are not much different than your typical chocolate chip cookie. However, I did change it just a little. I didn't put walnuts in because my boys don't like them, and I didn't put the kisses on the top because I didn't have any. I'm not sure I would have added it if I did. All in all though, these are really good soft, chewy chocolate-y cookies.

Baked Meatball Sandwiches
I make up a big batch of these meatballs and freeze them. I take them out as I need them for sandwiches or pasta sauces. There are so good!!!! I make them exactly as the recipe states, but I double it. I will never buy frozen meatballs from the store again.

Donut Muffins
I followed this recipe exactly, and these are fantastic. I got 22 mini muffins out of it. I used paper liners, because I hate cleaning muffin tins, so they were easy to remove and dip. I was reluctant to use the full 3/4 tsp of nutmeg because of the other reviews, but I did anyway, and I think they are great.
