Greek Chicken Pasta
As is, this recipe would've been too dry and bland for my taste, but it is a good base. I left out the artichokes because i don't care for them. Marinated the chicken and sauteed it, then simmered with chopped red peppers, garlic and a can of diced tomatoes with the juice. Then added the herbs, lemon juice, feta and pasta and heated through. Pretty yummy with these changes!

My Chili
I was so happy to find a simple chili recipes without all the weird stuff in it. I did make a couple changes, but nothing too major. I used stew meat instead of GB (personal preference), a 28oz can of stewed tomatoes, w/out the juice, can of rotel w/juice, 2 cans of kidney beans, and a can of diced tomatoes. The chili turned out sooo yummy, thanks Michelle!!

Black Forest Dump Cake II
This is sooo yummy!! I used 2 big cans of cherry pie filling because I couldn't find a can of pitted cherries. In an 8x8 pan i spread a little more than half the cake mix ontop, then i grated a stick of butter over that. Make sure the butter has been in the freezer so you don't have a huge mess. Baked for about 42 mins.
