Coconut Ambrosia Salad
I have only had this salad once before I tried to make it myself. I loved it!!!!! Its my new fav salad and I take it to all my family and church gatherings. Plus it was so easy to make.

Never Fail Applesauce Spice Cake
I used this cake in our Oktoberfest Baking Contest! I won second place!!!! I changed using chuncky applesauce and used my own cream cheese icing recipe. Also I made this into a layer cake and in the middle spread caramel ice cream topping. It was SUPER YUM!!!

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yum Yum Yum!!!! This recipe is a huge hit with my family and friends. They are so soft and just YUM! I love the vanilla pudding in them.
