Creamy Rice Pudding
Very easy recipe to manipulate. Lacking eggs and vanilla flavouring (we had just moved), I added about a tablespoon of instant vanilla pudding mix and used 1% milk. It turned out just fine. Also, try adding the raisins a little early, so they soak up some milk and get nice and plump.
