Moist Banana Muffins
I just made these and they are easy and delicious. I added nuts and chocolate chips. I followed the advice of mashing the bananas & mayo first, then added the dry ingredients. It was the perfect consistency. I also got 18 muffins out of the 12 muffin recipe.

Tim's Green Bean Casserole Extraordinaire
I thought this was delicious. My husband enjoyed it too. The kids weren't thrilled at all. I'll probably make it again for a holiday.

Yummy Pikelets
These were ok but not fantastic. I cut the sugar in half but maybe I shouldn't have. They tasted very bland. I did take another reviewers suggestion and added some vanilla but they were still bland.
