About this Cook
I love to entertain and cook for my girlfriend, family, roommates, and friends.
My favorite things to cook
I love to grill. I like to cook things I have never done before.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother is Persian and has taught me Persian cuisine. I am still learning alot.
My cooking triumphs
I make a great brocoli casserole. I have made beautiful ribs. My steaks are incredible. I managed to cook a perfect Persian dish called Zereshk Polou, it was very difficult, but it turned out great.
My cooking tragedies
I once tried to experiment with spaghetti bolognaise by adding pomegranite syrup and flour, don't ask why... it was awful. I also tried making apple sauce bread, no recipe, just adding ingredients. It tasted good at first but was really heavy and made me feel sick after a while. There have been other experiments gone wrong...

Broccoli Cheese Casserole
This has always been a big hit when I cook it. I try many different kinds of cheese and I always use fresh brocoli. I also have topped with ground walnuts, makes a great change to it as well. Mozzarella cheese works very well and cheddar is another one I mix in sometimes for a sharp taste. I once added sweet corn, it was good, but I think simplicity is better. Does not make a good leftover the next day in my opinion.

Spinach Tomato Tortellini
I have never received so many compliments on a meal before! It was a little runny, but I seemed to be the only one who thought so. I think next time I might try adding some shrimp to this, everyone said it tasted as though it already had it in it anyway. Great recipe, thanks!
