I am trying to come up with the perfect menu for every special occasion for my family with 2 young boys. I know the boys will really enjoy traditional meals year after year. I can pull off a party for 32 people with about a two day notice. Including drinks, appetizers, main course, sides, salads and numerous desserts. One time I tried to recreate a dish from memory. Ham and spinach stuffed crepes, ended up in the trash.
