Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
This is a great chili. I used turkey sausage instead of Italian sausage and it cut the grease down to just the right amount. The spiciness was just right for me and my husband. This is my new chili recipe.

Strawberry Avocado Salad
This salad is a wonderful new twist for me. The dressing is so good that I now keep a batch made in the fridge for other salads.

It surprised that that the filling had a more gelatin texture than usual, but it was delish.
