Healthy Banana Cookies
First of all after reading all the reviews, the one thing that comes to mind is Parchment paper. The cookies do not stick if you line the sheet with parchment. I subbed applesauce for the oil, added cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allsopice and ginger. I also added about 1/4 cup wheat germ and used cranberries instead of dates. The cookies are not pretty but very tasty for what they are....a NO SUGAR healthy cookie.
