Bacon Roasted Chicken

Fantastic! So juicy and flavorful! And easy too! I've also heard of a similar recipe using little cocktail weiners instead of the bacon, haven't tried yet though because the bacon is so good! Thanks for a new recipe to go in our rotation!

Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

Wonderful! My husband and kids cannot get enough of it. I followed other reviews and decreased the sugar as well as using only 3/4 of the jellow so it tasted more tart from the rhubarb! I also pureed the rhubarb as my husband loves the taste of it but hates the stringy texture! I've made this many times this summer and have a freezer full of it!

Pumpkin Pie Bread

The best pumpkin bread recipe by far! So moist and flavorful! I have substituted sugar free applesauce for the oil and found it doesn't make a difference in flavor or consistency! Also, I made them into individual muffins to grab on the go and they work perfectly for that too! Just decrease the baking time a bit!

King Crab Appetizers

Such a wonderful recipe! These are a staple at any of our get togethers! I have found that they can be made faster by using premade phyllo dough shells found in the freezer section at the grocery store! They turn out just as good and saves a lot of time!

Fluffy Canadian Pancakes

Although the pancakes did turn out very fluffy, they had absolutely no taste! I took the advise from others and only used 2 egg yokes and added white sugar and vanilly, but found them bland anyway. I will try to use the technique of separating the whites with another recipe, but will not use this one again!

Roasted Duck

I had never made duck before and really am not a fan of dark meat, but I made this for my husband for Fathers Day and he couldn't stop raving about it! Was so simple and even my 1 year old loved it!

Broccoli-Cheddar Stuffed Meatloaf
