Fantastic! So juicy and flavorful! And easy too! I've also heard of a similar recipe using little cocktail weiners instead of the bacon, haven't tried yet though because the bacon is so good! Thanks for a new recipe to go in our rotation!

Wonderful! My husband and kids cannot get enough of it. I followed other reviews and decreased the sugar as well as using only 3/4 of the jellow so it tasted more tart from the rhubarb! I also pureed the rhubarb as my husband loves the taste of it but hates the stringy texture! I've made this many times this summer and have a freezer full of it!

The best pumpkin bread recipe by far! So moist and flavorful! I have substituted sugar free applesauce for the oil and found it doesn't make a difference in flavor or consistency! Also, I made them into individual muffins to grab on the go and they work perfectly for that too! Just decrease the baking time a bit!
