Cooky Cookies
Great cookies. As I hate cooking with oil,I swapped the oil for butter. Not sure what size everyone else cookies are, but I used walnut size pieces of cookie dough and ended up with 60 cookies

Banana-Date Muffins
After reading the previous comment. I decided to add 1/4 cup of butter milk and doubled the quantity of cinnamon. DH says they are great.
