this was just ok. for me it was somewhere between a chop suey and a stew, and the flavor wasn't all that good. Not sure if I would make it again. It's a great recipe for someone who doesn't know there way around a kitchen and is looking to build some confidence.

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

This was the best honey mustard sauce I ever tasted. Great when you fry up some chicken wings and drag them through it.

Cream Corn Like No Other

I have tried several different recipes for creamed corn, and I have to say by far this was the best. I doubled the recipe and served it to my kids an there wasn't a kernel left.... Thanks so much for sharing

Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce

this was amazing... I always have these ingredients on hand so I will be making this again. I added some sweet Italian sausage and served the whole thing over pasta... Spectacular

Pork Chops with Apples, Sweet Potatoes, and Sauerkraut

I did not like this recipe at all. I thought the pork chops were rather dry,I didn't like the saurkraut and the apples and last but not least the sweet potatoes were mediocre.

Best Baked Chicken

This was a very tastey chicken dish. The fact that it was so easy to make will keep it in the loop in my household. For those who don't have a lot of kitchen skills this is a recipe right down your alley, it will boost your confidence.

Mexican Shepherd's Pie

This is the first recipe I tried and it was spectacular. My husband who is 100% Irish and loves Mexican food couldn't believe how good it was. I did spice it up a bit by using Jalapeno diced tomatoes and sliced Jalapeno's on top of the corn I also served it with Spanish rice and sour cream.
