I love this recipe! The cookies came out chewy and moist. I stuck to the recipe, but added an entire bag of chocolate chips (I love chocolate!). I had to up the cook time to about 20mins a batch, but that is neither here nor there. This was my very first time ever making cookies completely from scratch, and I couldn't have picked a better recipe to start out on. I daresay this is almost fail proof if you stick to the directions and watch the cook time.

This tastes similar to the bourbon chicken at Golden Corral, in my opinion. Wonderful. I only marinated the chicken for about an hour, and I omitted the bourbon because I hate alcohol. The chicken came out nice and juicy (I cooked it for about 45mins, basting every so often) and flavorful! This is definitely going into my weekly rotation of meals. Thanks!
