I had some trouble finding chicken breasts with skin. But once I did this recipe goes together quick, & is such a nice change from all the other passover high fat stuff! I will make this again!

This is a great recipe. I think that I will add some onion the next time I make it. At first I thought that the spinach amount might be to much but after making it according to the recipe I liked it. Very easy to put together.

Your right this is a great recipe even for adults!My husband came home looking for a quick snack I handed him the recipe and he had loads of fun finding all sorts of things to put on the matzo. He loved it so much it turned into dinner! It's quick and easy, just find some leftovers from the frig and open a jar of sauce.
