Chicken Enchilada Dip
This has become my "go to" appetizer. Friends are disappointed if I have a party and don't make it. I've modified it a bit by using 2 jalapenos for more heat and using light cream cheese, mayo and cheese to cut back on calories a bit. Using the food processor to shred the chicken is a huge time saver. Thank you.
