Blackberry Cobbler II
It was very good. I put it about a 1/4 cup less of sugar than it called for. I think I like more of the dough than this recipe calls for - maybe I'd do one and a half times the dough next time. But if you are making this and taking it somewhere MAKE SURE THAT IT IS SET before you go. I made this last night and took it to a friends - it went all over the car!

Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake
Amazing! I was nervous about baking this especially because my husband had high expectations, but it turned out great. I took it out when the middle was still a little jelloy. I also had a pan of water in the oven with the cheesecake and it didn't crack at all. I thought it was better after it had been totally cooled. I'll be making this again.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III
Excellent! I just made it and it was great! I added a bit of cinnamon to the batter as well as the topping. I also halved the recipe and baked it in a bread pan - worked perfect for resisting the temptation of eating an entire pan of this! :) Halving the recipe fits perfect in a bread pan.
