Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

This was ok. But since it doesn't say to cover with foil or anything like that. I left it the time it says and it was completely raw. When I decided to cover it up and leave it longer by the time it was done it was very dry. Since it longer to cook and fustrated with it not coming out good, we didn't even enjoy the meal. If I make this again, then I will cover it up to get that soft moist in it.

Creme Brulee II

THIS IS SO DELICIOUS!!! My husband took me out to eat and this was the first time I had cream brulee. I came home looked for the recipe and now I'm making my own. When buying a piece for almost $10 I can make 4 remikins at home for less than $5. The only thing is that I need to get a kitchen torch cause the broiler will not brown sugar. Looking into invest in a kitchen torch to make some for parties. Great recipe.

Pina Colada Rum Cake

THIS WAS A BIG HIT!!! I baked this cake for a surprise party I was throwing for a friend and everyone loved it. It was gone in minutes. I made it in a regular cake pan and made two recipes to make it a double layer. For the middle I put pineapple preserves and on top of that a layer of the frosting. Frosting was made with heavy cream and omitted the instant coconut cream pudding. Added more rum to taste and this was delicious.

This is a great recipes cause you can add more stuff. I made it w/lettuce, tomato, sliced purple onion, sliced carrots and topped of w/feta cheese. My husband loved it came out great.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

I give this recipe a 5 star. DELICIOUS!!! Although I made several changes it still came out great. I got some helpful hints from other reviews and put them together. First I used pork chops and chicken. Made the marinate w/about a cup or more of apple juice, almost 1/2 c of brown sugar and instead of adding salt just added more soy sauce. Also left out the pepper. I marinated meat w/marinate for about an hr put it in the oven instead of grilled and brought marinate reserve to a boil adding the corn starch with little water to dissolve the corn starch. Made the glaze which was put on top of meats to serve. Will make this again.

Tara's Sweet and Chunky Chicken Salad

This recipe was good. I made some changes. For the onions I added onion powder since I don't like raw onions and left out the flower seeds. Still came out great. When cooked the chicken breast I added chicken bouillon for flavor and added ground black pepper to salad for taste.

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

This was a good recipe. Did make some changes to it. I used the trio italiano pasta instead of penne. And used the can asparagus instead of fresh. Added roma tomatoes for more color and it turned out great. The only thing is since I used canned asparagus I added it at the end since its already cooked so it wouldn't get all smooshy. And also used 1 chicken bouillion instead of the broth. I marinated the chicken breast in orange juice since I was going to use it for something else, but my husband wanted for me to try out a new pasta w/chicken dish. Maybe that helped it to come out really soft and juicy. Also added feta cheese on top. Do recommend this recipe to others.

This is really easy to make and came out great. The only thing I would change it the syrup. Instead of making sugar to syrup I would use regular caramel syrup and it tastes much better.

Cabbage Salad with Lemon-Garlic Dressing

I am always looking for something new to make for my husband and family. This is a side dish I will probably not make again. Wasn't good at all. My husband didn't even eat it and I just ate it cause I had already made it and don't like to put food to waste.
