Herbed Pork and Apples
This recipe is dependant upon the quality of your pork roast. A wonderfully fragrant array of herbs makes this dish seem almost a delicacy. Pay attention to your herb rub and you cant go wrong. A great way to insure its moist is to let it cook with the fat side up so its juices travel all they way through it on thier way down to the pan.

Baked Chicken with Peaches
This recipe grows on you with every bite. The sweet peaches really set this dish apart from the ordinary Chicken dish. HINT: You almost cant make enough rice for this. It makes more juice/sauce than anticipated.

Aloha Chicken
Feel free to adjust corn starch, and pineapple juice for different thickness of sauce and tanginess. Egg noodles go very well with this dish if a bed of rice seems like the same old thing. Otherwise very quick and easy
