Oaxacan Tacos
Made this last night, the only thing I added was to also serve fresh avocado. Family really enjoyed them. I put out sour cream and cheese, but nobody used it. All the fresh ingredients really make the dish. Simple, fresh and easy to make.

Wine Fondue
Awsome, would make this again in a heartbeat! we did shimp and scallops and a variety of fresh veggies (mushrooms, peppers, snap peas scallions). It got even better as the wine cooked down, more intense flavor. I did need to double it to get the volume for the fondue pot. Be sure to use wine you would want to drink.

Quick Greek Pasta Salad with Steak
excellen! We love pasta and we love steak in our family. This is a great blend of both. I love to cook, but don't have the time. This is easy but tastes like I spent the time. Even my very picky teenager eats this, (she picks out the olives).
