Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2009
This was great! The only thing I did different was add some season salt to the flour and use chicken bouillon because I couldn't find beef at Albertsons. This was nice and simple. Thanks a bunch.

Chicken Jerusalem I

Taste like "Angel Chicken", another recipe on this site which I love! I think it needs a little milk or chicken broth because it's pretty thick and it has a really strong flavor. I will definitely make it again. Served over rice.

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2009
This was so good. To make them sticky I baked them covered for 30 mins and then flipped the chicken over and baked another 20 mins covered and took the cover off and drained the extra sauce and cooked uncovered for 10 more minutes. This made these sticky and perfect! A great dinner recipe or Asian style wings.

Chicken Wings Fricassee

I thought was pretty bad. It was so bland that it tasted like some boiled chicken with bad chicken gravy. I will never make this again. Wasted my good big chicken wings.

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2009
This was wonderful. I used a can of Coors Lite and bottle of sweet and spicy bbq sauce we got from Zest Fest in Fort Worth this year. I forgot the onions but it probably didn't need them. I used bone in pork chops and cooked for one hour and they were very moist. These were better them putting them on the grill.

Use any cut of chicken and adjust the cooking time. I used quarters and cooked 40 mins on each side. I seasoned the chicken also. Great!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2009
I don't normally change recipes but fish should cook with seasonings already on it so I put all the seasonings on the fish with a few pieces of butter on top and added the parmesan/butter.mayo on top. I didn't care for the topping but the fish was good.

Stuffed Pepper Soup IV

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
OMG out of this world. I made it all up and poured it over cooked rice. If doing this way cup the liquid down to half. Sooooo goooood. I used tomato soup instead of the tomato sauce which I think adds a little more flavor... and I didn't have the tomato sauce anyways. Great! Picture to follow, next week when I make it again.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
Made recipe to the T, unlike some other reviewers. Awesome! I used drums and wings. Not too much breading but just enough for a good crunch. So so easy to make too. You can even cut out the flour step and fry the wings right up. Great!

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2009
This was great! I used quarters and some bone-in thighs. My pics weren't exactly yummy looking but the chicken was very very tasty. I marinated it overnight. Like most marinades the outside is great and the inside is just chicken but this had so much flavor all the way through. When I took it out to cook I was scratching my head thinking this smelt and looked funny but it was super! This will be a staple in our house for cookouts.

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
Awesome! The best homemade enchiladas. I used a whole rotisserie chicken from Albertsons and took all the meat off and chopped it a bit. Everyone had seconds, even my 2 year old granddaughter. I took some for lunch the next day and they were great. I can't say enough about these.

Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2009
This is the best way to make ribs. I used Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce. You can really use anything you want, dry or wet and these will come out great. Someone suggested to me to boil the meat and then put on grill but I did it this way as I didn't want to lose flavor of the meat. Excellent.

Hamburger Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2009
It's a keeper! I added 1 can of corn and an additional can of green beans. I also cooked the meat and onions with garlic. I would suggest making your mashed potatoes how you like to eat them, just mashing cooked potatoes is so plain. I put the potatoes on top since I had no room in my dish for them to go around. Will make a lot. Also you can cook everything up and throw it on a plate. I really don't see the point in baking it for 30 mins!!!!

New Potatoes with Caper Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2009
Way too much butter. Not exciting but a change from ordinary. I wouldn't add the extra vinegar since the capers already have a vinegar taste. I think next time I'm going to try just a tad of butter, fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese and omit the capers and vinegar.

Great flavor. I used stewed tomatoes. Very thin even after adding a can of tomato paste but very very good tasting. I did not use shrimp. Also, don't cook but on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours otherwise the chicken will be tough. Will make again!!

**Followed the recipe to a T as normal, I hate when people change things. This was pretty darn good and I think I will make it again with a few changes. The spinach didn't do much for me, I think I'll leave it out next time. I will also add another can of tomatoes and lots more garlic!!!!! Thanks
