Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I
These are great cookies. I followed the recipe, except for adding some coconut in place of chocolate chips and adding a teaspoon or so of vanilla. They came out quite thin and dark, but the texture was really good. They almost reminded me of lattice cookies. I found 15 min to be a little too long, although they weren't burnt. I will definitely be making these again.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
I made a half batch and still got over 2 dozen cookies. I also lowered the amount of sugar and chocolate chips and found them still sufficiently sweet. This recipe is a keeper!

Pumpkin Black Bean Soup
This is a delicious and flavorful soup. I am a vegetarian so I substituted veggie broth and soy bratwurst. I also used apple cider vinegar instead of the sherry. I have also added corn from time to time and enjoyed the added texture. This is one of my favorite soups. I highly recommend it!
