I have been eating out for years. It's a hard habit to break but with a wonderful website like this it's getting easier and easier. I love to cook and I have found many new things to try! I love to cook soups and stews. I want to become an expert at something. I have decided it's not baking! Every spring, when it gets warm, I stop making chili. No matter how bad I am craving it, I don't give in. On Halloween night I get out my pumpkin soup tureen and we have chili and grilled cheese by candlelight. No matter what I cook, my boyfriend says "this is the best "whatever" I have ever had." None, really. I just know no matter how much I try, I just can't bake a from scratch cake. They are always dry!
