I'm a 29 year old married woman with a 3 year old child. My spouse is a pickier eater than my child and I usually have to keep that in mind when trying new recipes. I love just about everything!

I love to bake sweet treats but try to keep that stuff to a minimum around here.

Cinnamon Sweet Potato Chips
These turned out great. My four year old loves them. We'll be making this again.

Easy Coq Au Vin
I used boneless skinless chicken breast and it turned out very nice. My picky husband ate it and gave it his stamp of approval to make again. I was afraid he wouldn't eat it because of the purple color but as he said it definitely tastes better than it looks. Next time I'll probably add some different seasonings and use less onion.

Garlic Baked Potato
Nice, easy twist on a baked potato. Even my 3 year old liked it and ate the skin! I brushed the olive oil on the potatoes instead of using a plastic bag. Will definitely make this again.
