I've made this multiple times. It is a little hard filling manicottis, but I always have to make as many servings as possible because EVERYONE loves these!

This recipe came out great. I used spelt whole wheat flour, and a bit more water than in the recipe, about 9 tbsp. Couldn't have tasted better!

I made this pie for a dinner. It was only the second pie I have ever made, and it came out great. Nobody could tell it didn't have sugar. I highly suggest these recipes.
