new mexican food: green chile, enchiladas, beans, tortillas great pasta dishes (especially pasta salad) chicken cordon bleu fancy desserts fresh tortillas, red chile, beans, sopapillas, tamales on wednesday nights at grandma gallegos' house i can only think of one thing i ever made that i can honestly say tasted bad. it was from a recipe in real simple magazine. could have been a matter of taste, but that is the one thing i made that sucked so far. i'm awesome at following recipes but only if i can add my own twists here and there! lemon dill salmon with arugula....i don't know what happened...it was horrible!
