Honey Cornbread
This is an excellent recipe. When I make it, I make it in a couple large cast iron pans in the oven. It turns out great, and the other folks I live with at my co-op (all 16 of them) love it. Thank you!

Oatmeal-Currant Scones
This is an excellent recipe. I have used it many times, with many substitutes. Whenever I make it with substitutes (cranberry walnut, choc. chips, cinnamon raisin, etc.) I leave the currants and orange juice out of the recipe, and add what I want (and maybe a bit more sugar if necessary) and everything turns out great. The consistency of the dough ball isn't always the same, but the scones always turn out great. Oh, and I never grind the oats, and it seems to be just as well. Thank you, jessica!

Wedding Cake
I made this recipe with the 'Wedding Cake Frosting' submitted by Jeannine. I added some strawberries, and it turned out very well - but as others have said, it was quite dense. I added more baking soda and baking powder, but it was still tough to cut and more like pound cake than the fluffy wedding cake I imagined. It was still delicious, however!
