Caramel Pie
This is the quickest and easiest pie recipe I know. I can't make enough to keep up with my husband. Do keep and eye on the water though

Sweet Potato Apple Salad
Made this one for a large gathering and found everyone enjoyed it. Found that when making a lot of salads it is easier to store them in zip top bags in the fridge and then put them in bowls only at seerving time. Saves room big time

Caramel Apple Bars II
Really easy. Substituted pecans for walnuts. May add some cinnamon next time. Definately a keeper.
