Fish Taquitos
I marinated the fish in different salsas, Mango,cranberry and limes for summertime and in the winter added peppers and squashes. It's a good way to get the kids to eat them without them knowing! 2 year old approved!

Espresso Bark
Everyone loves it, keep away from kids though or you'll pay! Blending the grounds fine went over better than the chunks, they got stuck in your teeth, for more flavors try different blends of coffee. Vanilla, hazelnut, Jamaican.
