Chicken Cashew Salad
first taste i wasnt so sure but the more i ate the tastier it was, although i made a few changes. to start with im from AUS so the mesurment in cups are smaller so i just getimated.haha i didnt add capsican(bell pepper) i used a tiny bit of brown vinigar as it was all i had adn used spring onions instead of onion. for the dressing i used mayo and added an extra 1/2 cup of sour cream as it was a bit sweet. next time i reduce the sugar and only put in 1/4 of a 1/4 cup. but was still yum and will make again

Chicken a la King III
omg this was the best meal iv ever had and i hadnt even herd of a la king before. i also left out peppers pimento and sherry and was still awsome. i also added cerlery and lots of garlic salt and sered on top of puff pastry. i think i will make pastries with them soon. mmmmm i want more this is now by far my fav meal.

The Best Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake Ever
i made this and loved loved loved it although i changed it a bit. i used arrowroot biscuits and instead of the cherry top i decided to make a strwberry cheesecake. i made the recipie as normal but added about 7 fresh purreed strawberrys to the actuall cream cheese mixture and left out the toppingand it tasted absolutly gorgeous. will definatly make again soon yum
