LOVED LOVED LOVED this! F All of my kids loved it and my youngest kept telling me he loved it so much! I did make one substitutions from the original recipe and that was 2% mexican blend shredded cheese as that's what I had on hand. This is a keeper and a new regular to our meal rotation! The kids all suggested that next time I put some olives on with the cheese, and I tend to agree! Otherwise, FABULOUSLY EASY!

LOVED LOVED LOVED this! First time having quinoa and what a wonderful introduction! All of my kids loved it and my youngest who's 5 had 4ths he loved it so much! I did make two substitutions from the original recipe and that was chicken broth as that's what I had on hand. I don't think it would honestly change the flavor all that much either way. And I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. This is a keeper and a new regular to our meal rotation!

good flavor, turned out a little dry which toughened the meat. Will make again, but cook less time. Otherwise would have given 5 stars. Subbed a cabernet for the burgundy and beef broth for consume as that's what I had.
