Penne Pasta with Veggies

Perfect for when you want a noodle dish without tomato sauce. I omitted the prosciutto (we don't eat that) and the sun-dried tomatoes (didn't have any) and it was still excellent. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken and Lentils

Excellent. I did everything as written, except: soaked lentils for approx 45 mins before cooking, used onion/celery/carrot juice instead of chicken broth (didn't have any broth) and added a can of diced tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. Thanks for the recipe :)

Key Lime Pie VII

I have been looking for just such a recipe for years... My aunt had a restaurant in Florida that used to import it's Key Lime Pie from Key West, and it was always divine - this is incredibly similar. Thanks for the recipe. I used 2 cans of condensed milk (300 ml each) and 20 key limes (equaled exactly 3/4 cup). added just a dab of whipped cream (made using cream and a small amount of sugar) on each piece.

Blueberry Nut Oat Bran Muffins

AMAZING, These are my go-to muffins. I changed only a couple of things: - used whole wheat flour instead of white. - no cinnamon - no pecans - no granola on top. really the best recipe for muffins I've found anywhere. Thanks for sharing!

Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins

Really great muffins for being so healthy!! :) I didn't have apple sauce, so I substituted plain yogurt. I also cut the Cinnamon in half (as others recommended) but did not use nutmeg... I just don't like the taste. They were fabulous! oh - and I used fresh strawberries... we had gone strawberry picking and had so many!
