I wanted to like this recipe, & enjoyed the crunch of the chips in it. However, I found it too dry, it needed some sort of "dressing." There's another taco salad recipe I like better that uses French dressing. Sorry.

This was good, but the next time I make it I'm going to cut the pepper at least by half.

This is delicious & a nice change from the usual pasta & potato salads. The next time I make it, however, I will modify it because it's too salty. I will definitely make my own oil & vinegar dressing & maybe even use less feta cheese & olives.

Easy, simple, delicious! I've never had success making homemade home fries or hash browns until this recipe. I substituted Benecol instead of butter for dietary reasons, & it turned out great!

Delicious & easy to make. I loved the savory flavor & never had a quiche hold together so well. I did modify the ingredients because my husband & I need to lower our cholesterol. I used egg substitute instead of eggs & 2 cups of reduced fat Mozzarella cheese in place of the Muenster.

Loved the taste of the stuffing!

Really good, but next time I'll use more grape tomatoes as well as more green onions & less balsamic vinegar as another reviewer suggested.

This was delicious! I was looking for a great chicken & rice recipe & found it here...so moist, too. I did modify it to suit my family's taste, however: I did omit the hot sauce & next time I will also leave out the pepper...it was too hot & spicy. Also, I substituted a carton of chicken broth for the bouillion cubes (I personally don't use them because of the MSG.) Because of the amount of broth, I didn't need to add the water. Also, used just one bag of vegetables & that was plenty.

This is very good, but you may need to bake it a little longer after you broil it, depending on the thickness of the fillet. (I did: About 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees.)

I had high hopes for this recipe, but it just did not turn out well. My husband & mother-in-law liked it, but my kids and I did not. The taste of the pasta sauce was too strong, & the casserole's consistency was too watery instead of held together. The top, w/ the cheese & ground beef, was almost overdone, while the middle & bottom, w/ the egg mixture & pasta, was underdone. I will look for a better baked spaghetti recipe.

My husband loved this, but my children and I did not. Maybe I used too much French dressing, but the chicken's outer coating ended up soggy instead of crisp. Also, the French dressing taste was kind of ho-hum for me. One plus: The chicken turned out moist. I had to bake longer because of the breasts' thickness.

My criteria for 5 stars is that my whole family, including my picky young children, love it. The kids asked for seconds! Thanks for a super recipe!

Delicious! This is one of my favorite fish recipes to make at home now. It even tasted great w/o the lemon pepper (I forgot I did not have any!).

This turned out surprisingly delicious, but I did modify it a lot to suit my family's tastes. The main thing I did was precook the zucchini (steamed for about 5 minutes) & brown the ground beef. (I substituted 1 pound of ground turkey.) Cooking raw ground beef/turkey w/o browning never seems to turn out well for me. I omitted the water & salt (unnecessary) as well as the jalapeno pepper (my family doesn't do spicy) & used just 1 teaspoon of black pepper. I also substituted reduced fat Cheddar slices for the American cheese. I assembled the casserole as directed, then put it in the oven for just 5 minutes. Then I took it out to put the basil on it, & stuck it in the oven for 5 more minutes. It was ready to eat.

So delicious & moist...my entire family loved it!

Delicious...I omitted the raisins & used fat-free half & half. I served as is, but thought of all the different ways you could serves this: mixed with oatmeal, granola or another cereal or w/ vanilla yogurt or ice cream or whipped topping.

Delicious...I omitted celery & used low-fat soup & fat-free sour cream, & it did well...except the chicken was too tough. Next time I'll shorten the cooking time and/or pound the breasts flat.
