I'm married to Jeff since 1992. We have 3 beautiful girls-Amanda, Kara, and Gracie. I love to grill and use my slow cooker. My favorite types of food to make are casseroles and pasta dishes. My kids love it when I make a pasta casserole. Since my husband is the only man in the house, often my girls will help me make daddy a special meal. It doesn't matter what meal of the day, they just want to take care of daddy. Usually I take my lunch to work, so I always try to save some food from the night before. My cooking triumphs are when there aren't any leftovers for me to take to work the next day. When Jeff and I first got married, he invited a friend over one night for supper. Good thing the steak was already dead because I pretty well killed it trying to fix it for their supper. They both ate the steak and said they liked it. They lied. I know I would have lied if somebody asked me how I liked the food. Luckily, I learned my lesson.
