I've def bombed a couple times. I didn't add enough water to a rice casserole once and it was horribly dry. I can always follow a recipe though.

Turkey Pot Pie I
This was awesome. I changed a few things because of what I had available. I used fresh green beans instead of celery, I used white wine and herb chicken broth instead of the water and bouillon cubes and I used a jar of turkey gravy instead of the milk and four. Perfect.

Blueberry Bread Pudding
I thought this was awesome. I followed suggestions and used extra cream (half and half since that's what I had). I had friends that aren't bread pudding lovers help me gobble it up!

Blue Cheese Waldorf Salad
This was very good. I used cinnamon instead of cayenne pepper and pecans instead of walnuts but I got lots of compliments last week and I'm going to make it again tonight.
