Fluffy French Toast

Great recipe! I used cinnamon swirl bread and there was no need for the cinnamon! Best french toast I ever made! Add almond extract when you need a change of flavor.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

The best cream cheese frosting! I use it with reduced fat cream cheese and it's still wonderful! Everyone raves about this frosting!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Best pancakes ever! I added about a tsp. of real vanilla to batter added just an extra touch of goodness. Advice don't cook pancakes too long or they get tough, that goes for any pancake!

THE best carrot cake ever! I didn't add nuts because it was for children but it was fantastic anyways. The nuts would be even better! I did use only 1/2 C. oil and 1/2 C. applesauce. This is a very moist cake and I would definetly make it the night before and serve it the next day as the flavors and moistness take over! A hit with everyone!

Haddock with Citrus Salsa

This was delicious! I changed a few things based upon what was available. I used tilapia because that's all I had. I only used 2 oranges(everything else the same) and peeled and diced them for the salsa. I also sprinkled OJ over fish before broiling. Turned out great, even my 5 year old ate it!
