Really good but this makes enough dry ingredients for a 9x13 pan. You may want to increase the cranberries to 3 cups and add an extra 1/4c sugar.

Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins II

Really good basic recipe but needs more lemon flavor. I would rather have more lemon flavor in the muffin than use a glaze. Without the glaze these would only be poppy seed muffins in my opinion. So just up the lemon extract to 1/2-1 tsp and it'll be great!

Cream of Pumpkin Soup

SOOO good! Took it to a potluck and got rave reviews. I made the croutons but didn't feel they accented the soup because the soup was way more savory than sweet. I would add ALOT more cinnamon and a bit of nutmeg if I was using the croutons. Even without the croutons it was the best!!

Mom's Buttermilk Biscuits

Just needed some extra salt to help it with the "missing" taste. You could also brush with salted butter after baking. Don't roll dough too thin and the biscuits will be taller, roll to 1/2 inch. Easy recipe, that tastes good!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

SOOO Good! Sliced in half, stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped two halves with bacon so that each one was whole, that way the cream cheese doesn't melt out and bacon gets done all the way. Serve with Raspberry chipotle sauce.
