Green Chile and Rice Casserole

Excellent! I added a layer of sauteed mushrooms, onion and bell pepper seasoned with cumin. I also cut back on cheese a bit. This is a keeper and would be wonderful with shredded beef/chicken.

Chicken with Chipotle

A winner!!! Everyone in the house loved it. It can be as spicy as you wish, just add more or less peppers. The sauce would also be good with shredded chicken on soft tortillas! YUM!!

Good but was missing something, I thought of adding rice crispies or using golden grahams instead of the crushed graham crackers next time. A good base recipe!

the main thing I would change is that the hodogs would be better sliced thinly or died up so that it was more even throughout. Othrewise very good and everyone ate it up!

Baked Brunch Omelet

I found this recipe fine although some people would say Ididn't follow it because I used sausage instead of ham and put in onion and green pepper as well. I didn't do this overnight, and it wasn't too soggy, I also didn't use a water bath and it seemed really moist. I will use this recipe for a base and change it to suit each time!

Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast

Very easy and tasty! I used a 1/4 soy sauce and fresh tyme and rosemary. When roast was done I took out the meat, pineapple and cranberries with slotted spoon and thickened juice into a gravy with cornstarch/water mix. Also used crushed pineapple cuz its all I had. Will make again!

Hamburger Vegetable Soup

This soup was really good! I sub'd veggie broth(all I had) and used canned whole tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. I used fresh green beans and some frozen veggies. This recipe can be made to anyones tastes!

Chocolate Buttermilk Brownies

This recipe reminded us of the the TV dinner brownie. I truly feel this is more of a cake than a brownie. It tastes good but if you're expecting a dense brownie this is nothing like that. It's fluffy like a cake

Fabulous Beef Tenderloin

Really good and easy but I think the time is way off. I only had 2lb tenderloin and had to cook it for the same time as 3lb and it was only med-rare which we like but for some that just wouldn't work. Adjust cooking time with your sides so they aren't cold by the time the beef is. Very tasty though!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I am a professional baker and have searched for the best chocolate chip cookie recipe high and low....these are the ones! It goes against most everything I know and have been taught about cookies, mainly the melted butter. I have to say these are tasty professional style cookies! I followed recipe exact as I do for the first time and wouldn't make any adjustments. A+++++!!

Glazed Ham

Very easy, very tasty! Great for hot ham and rolls since the ham just falls apart. The glaze was more of a tasty sauce, it wasn't soupy but not really a glaze. Will be making this again!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Just seemed average to me. I was expecting some really good cookies but was disappointed. They went pretty hard by the next morning. I followed recipe to a T. They were okay but nothing special.
